I was nervous dropshipping from my supplier because they don't keep a lot of inventory, so I found this app, used the free trial, and I'm sold! Their pricing is very reasonable and I'm incredibly happy with it. The customer service team is nice, as well. If you're constantly adding products, this might get a little expensive because adding products is separate from the monthly subscription, but for people like me who add a product or two each week, it's a perfect solution!

At first I thought I had made a mistake with app, that is until I contacted customer services, and they were more than helpful. I worked with them to solve a csv file import problem, and once we worked out the cause, they fixed it first thing the very next day, now I can import the csv files automatically without having to delete extra lines and add details to lines within the csv file.
Glad I stuck with it as importing without this app was a nightmare.

I've been using Stock Sync for 3 years and up until 6 months ago was happy with them. I have no idea what's going on on their end but my products when added have no images and no one knows how to solve the issue, I've had multiple images of the same image upload onto my website and no one knows why even after playing around and adding new feeds the issues weren't solved. I've been told by Stocksync that there are no product images in the feed and this is why I'm not getting the images in, however this is incorrect. Now I find almost 4,000 products have been added into my store, so I've got double of the one product. I've managed to undo this however that's not the point, and is it going to happen again. I've even had my own tech guy look at these issues. Currently looking for another app to do the job, I can't keep doing this and no one can fix the issues. Used to highly recommend this app.

I am on a major learning curve and setting up Stock Sync was a little daunting at first, however thanks to the help provided by Stock Sync its all up and running now. There are some functions that I have still to learn but business can carry on as usual only now with greater efficiency. Its early days but this does seem to be the perfect tool for the job.
Having now spent some time with this system plus having to avail of the support provided, I am a very satisfied customer and would confidently recommend Stock Sync to anyone with a need for this sort of App

Amazing app. Currently using the Free Plan - Bulk update of Quantity, Price and Compare at Price. I am so happy that something like this exist. You can update up to 4000 SKUs in a minute for all those data mentioned about and for free. WOOOW !!! and THANKS TO DEVELOPERS for this. The app is very easy to use. Customer service is also good. Even though I am using the free version they replied in few hours. I case you looking for some good stock inventory app go for this one. You have nothing to loose. Just get your stock up to date with less effort.

Very simple and yet powerful, would recommend. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Would recommend to anyone who wants to upload and update products easily.

Excellent customer service and the app works like a dream, once you know the proper setup. You can use it to both add products and update products according to a schedule. And the price is very fair.
