App copy half of the things.
It was completely unusable. I used a dev and he has to redo everything basically costing me 3 times this app. I think it would have been cheaper to go without this app. I asked for support but so far except saying that my dev was incompetent they didn't help me at all. I rarely don't recommend an app, but I'm not recommending this one.
I used the app to copy one store and keep it updated on 2 destination stores and it works great. Even the themes were copied perfectly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars it's because you have to subscribe in the source store making it a very expensive App to keep.
Very slow. stared a task with 270 items to copy about 2 days ago and still not complete (still running).

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. When it comes to copying, the amount of items being copied over can certainly have an impact on how long it takes. For a copy with 270 items, it should finish quite quickly, usually within a few minutes, as we leverage Shopify’s systems to perform the copy as quickly as it will let us.
We’ve looked into your particular copy job and it would appear as though it was cancelled within a minute of it being initiated which is why the task never completed. Used this app to copy 'collections' over to our Development account. I didn't need all collections, just new/current ones, enough to maintain an updated testing environment. Opted for the 'pay per item' plan. Was able to successfully copy the collections i needed... if the below could be addressed, it'd be a much better experience:
No Pagination or count- No idea how many pages i have to scroll through, or items to select from.
No filters - Can't filter items to quickly select 'what i need/not what i don't'. i.e. Filter by automated collections, # of products merchandised in a collection, when the collection was last updated, etc.
Can't select 'all on page' and continue to next page w/out losing the previous selection - i have to manually select every item.
Once a task is in progress - there's a button on the top right to "start a new task" i did this, and when i submitted it, i got an error saying previous task must be completed before starting a new one and i lost all of the very tedious work i had already done. Remove the option/ if it's not an option.
Selections that have already been copied over, are still in the list. There's no way to keep track of where you left off or what's already been copied, because again, there's no pagination or counts, just a 'previous/next' button.

This app copies more items than any other apps that i tried. I know their per item price may be too much but if it goes above $99 you can choose monthly fee and then cancel it after the transfer finishes in an hour. Overall very good and reliable app i just wish it was cheaper.

bad app, i deupplicated two time all my collection and two time a lot of collection were missing, a waste of time

Too disappointed, although deleted apps but still charged, I suspect this is a fraudulent apps, not recommended to install.

We’ve looked into the details of your account and can see that you selected the $99/month Unlimited plan on May 6th, at which point you then proceeded to complete a copy of your store. As the monthly subscription was approved and the copy completed successfully, you were then charged properly for this plan. I can confirm you then cancelled your subscription after uninstalling the app on May 12th and no further charges will occur.

I started copying each product from our source site to the destination, then thought - there has to be an app for this. Enter Store Copy - Replay. Yay!
It worked in seconds, saved me hours of work and was super cost effective on the pay as you go option.
All the destination data looks spot on and just checking the different currency pricing.

Completely ridiculous pricing. I clicked to copy themes, products and pages. Calculated cost was over $600!!! I can do exactly the same thing using another app called "Duplicate Your Store" for the cost of $10.

Thanks so much for leaving your feedback! Replay offers a couple of different pricing options to meet the large variety of use cases that people have when looking to copy over their stores. Our Pay As You Go plan is currently better suited for merchants looking to copy a subset of items or a small store. But for much larger copy tasks, such as the amount of information you were trying to copy, our other plan option likely would have been a better, more cost effective fit, allowing you to bring over everything you wanted, above and beyond what the other app is capable of handling.
We’re always open to learn about the various use cases merchants may have and problems they’re trying to solve with our app, in fact, we’ve already begun actioning some changes based on your feedback.
