I installed this app as it was only a few app that supported Japanese (and wide range of languages). I had a problem editing text to be Japanese as something was showing in English. Dela was there to help me solve a problem swiftly! She shared detail descriptions and screen shots and my problem was solved within a few minutes. This app has the absolute worst customer service. I’ve been trying to set up a subscription product to show a yearly option instead of monthly. One of their support members helped me get it working temporarily, but after I edited the price, the app broke again.
