I have been using Subliminator for my POD store for awhile now and it has been outstanding. The couple of issues I did have were corrected quickly by support. I highly recommend!
Subliminator is without a doubt the most reliable and communicative provider out of all the providers I have been using and provides a consistently high-quality product that I have never had a complaint about.
Don't listen, or even believe, a lot of these negative reviews. I am a member of the Facebook group of users of Subliminator and the owner of the business is very communicative and helpful, as are the other users (of which there are hundreds or maybe thousands), but we see these people complaining all the time and it's always the same thing:
1. They expect the product to be shipped in 2 days. Subliminator may occasionally take a little longer than other providers, but not by that much. As long as you are transparent about the timeframe, customers are only too happy to wait.
2. People are talking about using other apps like Printify. They absolutely can't compete unless they resell Subliminators hoodies.
3. Many of these people never place an order and complain because they want someone to hold their hand and walk them through it. It's their own incompetence they should be annoyed at. These same people come into the groups and ask everyone for designs, niches, software, providers, "whats the best product". They don't do any research, have no idea, and just want to make money quick and get annoyed when they realise it might take a little effort.
Every single product I have sent out has been given rave reviews, with people coming back to buy 5 or more. Customer service is always available during extended working hours (though they aren't 24/7 but that's fine), and they always action a request and get back to you via email if they have to.

It is very difficult to try to cancel this subscription.
I just LOVE the way my high school alumni jerseys turned out that I had printed and fulfilled by Subliminator! Everything about my experience with them from mocking up on the website, to ordering, the quality and customer service has been the best. This most recent time, I had a pretty huge order and everything went so smoothly and I’m so thankful. Everything was right on time and the jerseys look amazing.
Hope you improved your shipping, I had seen your product in one of the youtube it looks great but your shipping very very very very very terrible!!! it takes FOREVER for the test order we made. You gave us tracking number which is nowhere to trace. Very very Disappointed.

Ah, that shipping ordeal sounds like a real pain - we're genuinely sorry for the frustration it's caused. When it comes to some places around the globe, like Singapore where your order was heading, we have to admit, the shipping options can be a bit tricky. It's sort of like we're stuck playing a game with some unpredictable rules.
Definitely, this can mean the journey of a package might take a bit longer compared to popular destinations like the USA or France. Yet, it's no excuse for keeping you in the dark. Our support team has been on it, doing their best to keep you in the loop with updates on your parcel's journey.

I've been using Subliminator for nearly 5 years now. Their product quality is superb -- arguably the best in the business -- and their customer service is easily the best of any POD platform. Their range of products keeps getting bigger, their pricing is very competitive, and after selling literally THOUSANDS of products through them, I have no plans to go elsewhere. HIGHLY recommended if you're new OR experienced with Print On Demand.

Very disappointed with the shipping service. I have placed about 133 orders since April 27 and only 12 of them have arrived to my clients. It's been over 50 days and I still have more than half of the orders stationed in China. My clients are very upset. Good products, but the shipping service is very bad, even with the situation of the COVID-19.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with shipping. I've just reviewed your orders, and you have indeed quite some orders that still need to be delivered. Although a big chunk is showing arrival at the destination country.
In general the average time from order to delivery to the USA at this moment, even with the pandemic, is around 20-25 calendar days, which you can also see back in the orders that were delivered. However, if you look at your orders, you'll see that all the orders that are taking longer than usual are going to Puerto Rico. We really can not control the shipping speed for these remote islands. And even outside of the pandemic, shipping to Puerto Rico can be very slow. So you can only imagine what it's going to be like during this COVID-19 pandemic. We always use the best shipping companies to provide the fastest shipping possible, which in this case is DHL ecommerce. I'm pretty confident that you will get the same delivery speed with any other print-on-demand company that is shipping orders to Puerto Rico. It's not an excuse, but just the reality of selling to Puerto Rico as there are no faster shipping lines available I'm afraid.
We hope you can understand and consider this in your review of us as a company. A 1-star review does not reflect our services and quality of products we provide, and in this case it is really beyond our control to provide a better shipping speed to Puerto Rico, so I hope you can reconsider your rating of us as a company.

Great quality and unique products, responsive customer service, active moderators in the group making great communication. I love the fashion line of sublimated products, so soft and comfortable.
Normally products take ~ 3 weeks to arrive on standard shipping, even in Christmas season, and the sliding price scale on express shipping is nice, we all know it doesn't cost double to ship 2 items.
Note: During the COVID Quarantine, Sublimator was very communicative on the shipping, transparent on price increases (and decreases) used DHL eCommerce with upgrade options to express, unlike other china based POD companies, the products were delivered in less than 6 weeks. That may sound bad, but I had other suppliers where it was common to take 2-3 months to deliver (supposedly using the similar bulk shipping to USA then handoff to USPS like DHL eCommerce but with a different company). If the s.... hits the fan this is a company you want as a supplier.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUBLIMATOR UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WAIT UP TO 1 MONTH FOR DELIVERY. stay away

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience on shipping. Unfortunately we don't have much control over the speed of regular shipping, as there could be many reasons why a delivery can take a little longer than usual, even up to the last leg of the journey where the local post might be over capacity or any other reason for it to be delivered slower than usual.
However, we do offer express shipping for this specific reason, to allow our clients to be able to receive their products much faster at a small up-charge. I have used several POD companies and in spite of their bumpy first few months, they have come out on top. They have basically reinvented themselves and now have the fastest shipping options and the best quality products. With an owner who is invested in developing the best fabrics to make the highest quality products and one who doesn't disappear when things get delayed because of circumstances out of his control, Subliminator is definitely the POD app you want to partner with. I can't recommend them enough. I've moved all my WC Fulfillment products to Subliminator and am so much happier and have way less stress. This is going to be a great year with all the new products they will be launching. I'm so excited!
