After a little hiccup, support was able to help me and even when into my store to configure something for me. Thank you for your help. I am anxious to see how this will go. After playing around with it for a while i can say it really outshines any other subscription app on Shopify....by a landslide. This is the real deal.

Its my the second time I had to talk with support for a minor issue that I was not able to resolve from my side., literally, it took less than 2 minutes, and a person connected with me and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. i loved the plan that says 50 subscriptions free, which makes it the best option out of all other subscription apps. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for subscription functionality.

As a person trying to start a business who is not super great with technology, one of my primary variables when considering any sort of platform and/or plugin is the amount of support given from each platform.

No matter what you decide to do there will be a learning curve and there will be bumps along the way and that's just a part of it, but the support team with Appstle has always been VERY good to me.

Quick story: I brought my issue to Appstle in the afternoon and it was resolved in the evening and the only reason it wasn't resolved sooner was because I was slow to respond. But I want to especially acknowledge Kehanvi for going above and beyond by resolving my issue immediately.

This is a superb app, and has the great bonus that it come with fantastic support - among the best I've experienced on a shopify app.
I am using this app to give my customers the opportunity to spread the cost of a single large ticket-price product across 12 months. This has allowed me to help my customers who don't have a lot of money but want to participate in our services (we are an online choir). They would not be able to join us otherwise.
I in turn get more engagement from them, and a regular income.
Highly recommend Appstle Subscriptions. Thank you to everyone who created this app and their superb support team as well!

This subscription app is feature-rich and has everything you need as a business and client to manage subs. But what's been a real pleasure is the customer service team and devs behind the scenes helping to solve issues as they arise. Working off the SLIT theme there has been a couple, but so far all well managed and resolved by the Appstle Team.

This is a great app, I didn't think I would be able to run subs as I only wanted a couple of very simple ones but this app is perfect and the support team are fantastic

I am just getting started using the app but I had a question, contacted support and super quick they helped me figure it out. I feel more comfortable knowing if I get stuck support is there! So excited for new subscriptions :-)

I'm only one day in, and I'm already in love with this app integration! There was a little hiccup in getting the subscription live, but the cx chat representative was very quick to answer my question and helped to resolve my issue much faster than me seeking the information on my own. I would have wasted so much time fumbling around to figure it out alone. There's a bit of a learning curve, but I'm sure I'll have the entire subscription live by the end of the day. Thank you Appstle for a great service!
