I have not yet had the chance to use the app in its entirety, however setting up the app I had an issue that I did not know how to fix. I simply messaged the chat and in less than a minute I had a response! Mona was incredible and helped solved my issue so quickly! The best customer service I have experienced thus far :) Can't wait to start using the app!!

Great talking with Hussain very informational. Has given me the keys to the car and the ability to create a great subscription service for my brand. The support that they give helps you quickly and in a timely manner to get you through the tough questions you might need to be resolved.

don't recommend and customer service is pretty clueless. I installed the app and it wasn't working, the radio buttons were NOT showing up on the product page, so a user could not check what frequency they wanted, and couldn't add it to their cart. I messaged customer service, and the first person said that the shopify theme was overriding the radio buttons and would look into it. Two hours later, no thing, then i messaged again and a new person came on. They had the audacity to tell me it wasn't their app widget and they couldn't do anything about it. They don't even know what their own widget looks like. I showed them proof again it was definitely theirs (it was the only subscription app I had installed, was a new store). Again they said the same thing, it's not their app widget, and they couldn't help. Wow! pretty bad customer service.

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced with our app. As explained in the loom videos, the issue you encountered with the radio buttons was related to the widget that was being rendered from your own theme. I am glad we were able to align and get that sorted eventually. We are super glad to have you continue with us!

We should have been faster with the support, and I sincerely regret the experience you received from the first representative. We have put them back on training, to ensure we don’t have any gaps in our service and to meet the high bar we have set for ourselves.

Very good app, unfortunately I couldn't use it for stripe payments because I don't have shopify payments enabled. The support is very good.

We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with our support. Unfortunately, the payment method is a requirement from Shopify. Shopify does not currently support Stripe for subscriptions, but as per their roadmap, it is expected to be released by the end of Q4 of 2021.

Simply an amazing development team behind this app. Small but mighty and quick in response. The app itself outshines any other subscription app at a fraction of its cost. The coding is superb and I had no problem customizing any aspect. Highly recommend.

This is just my first day so it's hard to rate the full app but it was super easy to set up and the customer support chat they provide was awesome and really helpful. It literally took me 20 mins to download the app and set up my first subscription. And... I really appreciate that they have a starter plan to let you get going without breaking the bank. So far so great!!
