So far its pretty solid! I needed a little help from Jackson, one of the merchant engineers but it only took him a few minutes to help me get my widget setup and he even developed a few custom design options for me that matched the aesthetic of my site. Thank you!

Easy to setup. Also fast response through the chat, and if your still having trouble or need confirmation on something they will setup a call to walk you through whatever your trying to do.

We switched our subscription app about a month ago to Appstle, and are so far very happy with the experience. The migration process went smoothly, the staff has been responsive, helpful and friendly whenever we've had questions or ran into UI/UX issues, and the app performance has been reliable and clean. Definitely recommend.

I added the shipping profiles, still everytime a customer added subscriptions to their carts, the payment could not be made. Waste of time and lost a couple of sales

I have just signed up for this app and had a slightly complex set up for my subscription. I reached out and Henry replied with an incredibly clear walk-through video and also set it up for me. I am so impressed by the customer service and so glad I chose this app!
