The Appstle developers offer quick and efficient customer service - cannot recommend them highly enough! We just switched to their subscription app from another developer and I think this will work great for us. It's nice to know that if we run into issues, their customer support is there to assist quickly. Great app and people!

Really great customer service. I have been testing the customer portal to manage their subscription. For the second method, there is no 'Manage Subscription' button when I log into my account in the Shopify Store so I contacted customer service via chat and Kehanv was assisting me. Not only did she solve this issue but also helped me reposition and re-design the "manage subscription". Really fast and prompt reply. Definitely recommend this app

We chose Appstle because it supports a lot of features and more complex use cases. The software is not very intuitive but their customer support team is "grade A" and is able to answer questions within minutes.

This app helped increased our LTV and is great! Had an issue with it not working at first, but after getting support from Prarthana, she helped me configure the widget to work perfectly & align nicely with the UI. Thank you!

I've had Appstle for a few weeks now and so far it has had every feature I would need. There is a small lack of accessibility to customization, however, anytime I've wanted something customized or changed and the customization feature wasn't an option, Appstle's support team is quick to respond and has solved every problem I've faced. The upgrades monthly are very affordable comparatively. I'll be using this app for the foreseeable future.
