It doesn't matter how nice or awesome your app is. If the customer service doesn't happen or it's replaced by AI, customers can tell how much you actually care. The promise is only as good as trust that is built over time. You can't automate that.

Saved us a massive headache when we figured out Shopify doesn't natively support subscription based products. The basic plan is free giving you the time you need to start earning revenue. Then once you start earning above $500 monthly the cost of the subscription is very little compared to what you are earning.

The customer service is exceptional! Every time I reach out, they are always available to answer my questions and help resolve any issues. I also love their direct email feature—it's incredibly user-friendly and convenient to use. Best app for subscriptions!

A really great app packed with features and really cost effective so it's great for brands who are starting out and on a budget. It's easy to implement and uf you are stuck, ths support team are amazing. Quick to respond, extremely helpful and always find solutions I feel like I have a dedicated support team.
