This is a very simple and easy to operate app, also is very powerful. The after-sales customers respond promptly and always solve our problems well.
Excellent app. Easy to use and has great features. Professional and fast support team also. As FAQ support portal it is perfect for my store.
The App is well structured and really easy to understand. Within seconds you understand how to edit, upload and rearrange information. The only negativ point is the pricing on the pro version. I think the standard version should contain a bigger selection of css options.

This is a really impressive app. I had been looking for a good looking Help Center and this has it all: a nice widget and a very nice FAQ/Help Center page.
They recently added a very convenient multilingual support which I could not find in other similar apps.
