I researched multiple FAQ apps before deciding on this one. I am very pleased with the app itself and what it can do, but I can't speak highly enough about their customer service!! They have been extremely responsive and have even helped me customize it to our store & They did Maigret also in one place to this app . Would definitely recommend this app!!
The corner is great! This is the first time I use the corner, and the customer service helped me solve all the problems professionally. They also helped me upload articles and changed the position of FAQs on the single product page. You are the best!!!!

This app is close to perfect! - it combines the widget with the FAQ content (only need to update content in 1 place and both are updated) - each article has its own url - each CATEGORY has its own url, this is a huge feature, being able to link to an entire related category vs having to provide multiple links to answer multiple questions in response. I've been looking for exactly this feature for a long time, it cannot be understated how useful an element this really is. Wish list to make this perfect: - HTML editor
- add keyword search feature on FAQ page
- ability to re-organize sequence of categories (position order)
- ability to re-organize position order of articles within a category
- remove branding, and- its current position it makes it too easy for user to click on branding vs the article behind it.

Drag and drop re-organizing for articles and categories are coming soon and the HTML editor and fuzzy search for articles will follow right after.
Our pro version is launching next month (all current features will continue to be free) and it will have branding removal as you requested!

Got this app since i thought it looked great and oh it did. Customer support is extremely friendly and willing to help. The app is so much better than the page we used to have totally recommend it

This app is amazing for any FAQ or Help Center! Of all the Shopify apps we've used, this was definitely the easiest to set up and use. It's very straight forward on how to customize and the UI is very well designed for customers. 10/10 would recommend!
This app is amazing and so easy to use plus the help chat is so useful and someone is always on hand to support. It's so easy to customise to your stores colours and branding. I could add Frequently asked questions accordions under every product in my store ! I would highly recommend and Sakira was super helpful too
