Tom and the team were super helpful setting things up. It's such a nice nudge too, the other cross sells and upsell guys we tried inserted themself in the flow, these guys just extend the existing pages.
I’ve been trying to remove the app for days, but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to cancel it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I’m still getting charged and no one has helped me resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that I’m unable to get any assistance or stop the recurring payments. This is very poor customer service, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

In short, uninstalling the app will immediately cancel the subscription.
Looking at the logs it was successfully uninstalled and cancelled a few weeks ago. Shopify bill on their own schedule, we have since refunded the last month you were with us and hope you might consider the perspective here.
Absolutely love this app! Sweet Upsell has boosted my store's revenue significantly with no extra effort. The post-purchase upsells on the confirmation page are a game-changer. Highly recommend it for every Shopify store!

I like how it works well with products people want multiple versions of. It gets the buy button in front of them without being pushy.

Very quick and easy setup and effective
We're sorry to hear the product isn't working out for you.
We'll work overtime to get any customer up to 5 - 10 % conversions. If anyone finds an app with bigger numbers out of the gate, works with all checkouts, great support, and flat pricing, let us know. We'll buy it.
In the meantime we do ask that our customers don't turn off our default high converting product repeat immediately, or at least not ignore support when customer one offs don't have the same conversion rate.
I am not happy of this app, because I uninstalled it, and it charge me for another full month. The app is very clunky, and the additional charge stings.
We appreciate the feedback. While we can't control when Shopify send a bill, we can confirm it was from the 2nd to 2nd and can understand how arriving a month later can be a little salt in the wound.
As a show of good faith we've refunded the last 2 months and would love to continue the conversation via email or in-app chat to make this right.

Sweet Upsell integrates so seamlessly with Shopify. My AOV has increased ever since I started using it. Can't believe I was missing out on upsells before!
Nice app, runs great on autopilot bringing in sales without being overbearing on the order tracking page. Had some questions while setting it up and got helpful support.
Impossible to communicate with and make changes such as canceling.

We have live in-app messaging connected to email for when that's not available. We pride ourselves on being 1-click to configure and cancelling is the same as removing the app from your store.
We're not sure where the disconnect is here but we'd love the opportunity to make it up to you.
Super easy to set up the app, also helps better than other upsell apps on Shopify. I'm really happy with the results.
