Just finished creating our web-page. Not traffic yet, so obviously the efficiency of swell cannot be measured yet, but the set-up is very easy and the potential in the reward system is big.

Struggle with the placement of the review in HTML. Would be great to have it under the product. Otherwise it's cool.

Really great suite of features to boost visitor action . I think the app could benefit from a more robust automated email marketing functionality it would avoid the need to use a yet a another app for that purpose and increase the value proposition of upgrading to the paid version. But it works as advertised.

We had a few hiccups with initial install due to a previous install that was removed. Josh and the team got it taken care of and now we can see first hand all the functions and flexibility SWELL has to offer our customers.

We are truly impressed with the amount of options SWELL provides over our existing rewards platform and are looking forward to implementing it as part of our new website. Definitely worth the wait :-)

I just launched my shop very recently so I can't say for sure what impact Swell will have on my store in the long run, but a few customers started collecting points by placing orders and sharing. The app pretty much does what it's supposed to do and works fine.

The only problem I have: My store's currency is JPY, and I have to give away ridiculous amounts of points to use the earn x points on purchase function. I can only give away points per 1 JPY, which is equal to about 1 cent. I would much rather give away 3 points per 100 JPY than 3 points per 1 JPY, but the app still works either way.
