Pretty good. Left panel navigation is a bit confusing. But overall the app allows for decent customization and reporting.

Easy to understand setup, done within 15. Has some good customisation options for popups. Runs well with a few platforms including shopify.
I am currently using this app, it is very useful, It has been pretty easy to add this new reward program to our website .
I haven't made Swell live on my website yet, but going through the set-up, it looks pretty detailed and I like that. 4/5 Stars from me. So far, I do recommend this app.
