I recommend Swell, as soon as I downloaded the app to my store, a pop up window appears for me to ask any questions that I might have. Very convenient and helpful.

So far so good. I had a lot of questions while trying to set it up so that's is why I gave a 4. Seems to be better than the other reward apps I tried in terms of options and rewards you can offer are really good.

My success person is helpful. When I have had questions they are answered immediately. Chat support is fantastic. I think my biggest complaint is how "plain" everything looks! The rewards modules are kind of clunky and the triggered emails are very plain. For the cost of the program I would expect something more sleek. However, it works. I have not had issues with the point system (other than it's a bit complicated for my old customers to learn at first). I'm moving to a new email provider that integrates with Swell/Yotpo. I'm hoping to just move my triggered emails over there for a better customer experience.

Everything going great at the moment, Little bit fiddley to get used to (positioning etc) i put that down to my severe lack of sleep

Would definitely recommend to other shop users!
