Pretty easy to use - I am VERY bad at website technology and coding and all of that, so it's great that everything is pretty much set up and done for you and you can just go in and tweak it. Customer service has been helpful to my questions

I added Rewards and Referrals by Swell a few weeks ago. I'm using the free plan. I have no complaints. It works as it should. I have an increase of 40% sign ups since the rewards have been added. The results are very promising.

The app was fairly easy to set up. My only issue is when needing assistance the help wasn't there. I believe customer service is key, but I am not feeling warm an bubbly at the moment. Not sure if that is because currently I am receiving the free service. Which should not make a difference.
