Points feature for rewards is ok but referrals is the worst I've experienced- used to have Referral Candy and then Talkable. ROI is non-existent, admin doesn't display properly, felt like a guinea pig the whole time with a Beta product

So far so good! I can not wait to see what this Swell can do for my business. I love referral programs and rewards programs myself and love that I can share that with my customers.

I've tried a few apps. The Swell defiantly is my favorite. I love it. So easy to set up. Love the "refer a friend" option. Also, have been able to use my brand colours.

We have had a great response from our customers. If you are smart with how you reward your customers you can drive massive traffic to your site in a very quick time. Not to mention the added benefit of collecting customer emails, which is crucial for making that one time customer a long term one. We have loved Swell in our first month of business and are so so grateful it is free for new users.

So far, the set up has been extremely easy and the tutorial was very helpful. I haven't put it all to the test yet though. Hopefully that is just as easy!
