Works perfectly. We can easily sync our product data and stock with our dropshipping partners and our B2B Store. The back-end is clear and intuitive, the help center and support are informative and fast. The product + inventory sync works seamless for us!
Syncio integrates well into our shopify and has been really easy to use. We reached out to their support for questions we had, and they responded within 15 minutes. They were super kind and answered all of our questions.
It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We have sent a reply to your latest message and issued a refund for the trouble.
We have found unusual bulk update spikes which could have delayed the syncing of product attributes.
Also if the latest issue is also related to availability (active or draft) statuses, we can take another look. It is possible we missed something specific, since some of your source store partners are not on the latest Syncio version yet.
When we mentioned that some of the problems were related to changes in the Shopify API, our intention was not to close the book on this case.
Regardless, if you decide to switch to another syncing app, we would love to do a final check to ensure the transfer is smooth and issue-free.
Given that some of the issues are related to API limits being reached it is possible this is universal information that can help with a future syncing integration.

Really good customer service. They helped work out the kinks when setting up the products between the stores and worked with us through the test purchases to make sure it all went smoothly. Highly recommend syncio.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Syncio! At one point, we ran into some issues after changing our product codes, but the support team was absolutely outstanding. They responded super quickly, even scheduled a call with us over the weekend, and walked us through every step to fix the problem. They were incredibly kind, professional, and clear in their explanations. Everything was resolved smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier. I’m very impressed with both the app and the support, and I highly recommend Syncio to anyone looking for a reliable product syncing solution!
I love Syncio! We took our store in a different direction due to the tariff situation. However, I was always able to rely on Syncio as a reliable and trusted app partner. If you're looking to collaborate with other online retailers as a source or destination store, Syncio is the way to go!

This is the best app that I have found to sync products between stores. It also has the most helpful staff- I am not tech savvy and they always help me figure out my issue. Rayman is the most helpful and has been able to solve any issue I encounter. Highly recommend them.
Syncio is the perfect app for seamless integration between stores. We have used Syncio for years now with our drop shipping retailers and it's always been super easy to use, with great customer service if we've ever needed any assistance. Would highly recommend!
We installed Syncio a long time ago to sync with another store. But we always had issues with inventory being out of sync. Along the way, through trial and error, we discovered the reasons for inventory being out of sync depended on a range of things including the ways stock were entered back into inventory, how exchanges were processed etc at both the source and destination stores. It would drive our staff insane having to notify customers that we were in fact out of stock of an item.
We put up with these things for a long time, but then when they changed their plans to include billing for source stores that was the final straw. The 'free threshold' is extremely low. They also charged us twice during the same period. We only noticed it because we were looking at the costs of Syncio vs other apps at the time. We reached out and they confirmed this and have applied a credit, but had we not have noticed we wouldn't have received anything. We have since switched to another app which does what we need it to do and is much cheaper.

The double charge is absolutely a mistake on our end - that's a huge apology on us and we have credited you back. As for our price update - we had to do this in order to stay sustainable and keep improving Syncio. Amongst many price pressures, we are also based in Australia like you.
