“Really solid app for syncing products across multiple Shopify stores and dropshipping. It saves a lot of manual work and makes managing products between stores much easier. The support team has also been excellent — super helpful, quick to respond, and they’ve gone above and beyond for us more than once.”
Works perfectly. We can easily sync our product data and stock with our dropshipping partners and our B2B Store. The back-end is clear and intuitive, the help center and support are informative and fast. The product + inventory sync works seamless for us!
Syncio has been a great solution for keeping our wholesale and retail stores in sync, and the setup process was much smoother than expected. Isaac was incredibly helpful on our call he walked through everything clearly and made sure we were fully confident in the setup.
Syncio integrates well into our shopify and has been really easy to use. We reached out to their support for questions we had, and they responded within 15 minutes. They were super kind and answered all of our questions.
The support team has been very helpful in providing clear and timely clarification on our integration questions.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this app at all. The synchronization did not work, and even worse, the app created around 300 duplicate products during the process. These duplicates were faulty and incomplete, which made the situation even worse.
As a result, I had to manually delete all of those duplicates and carefully check every single product to make sure I would not accidentally remove the wrong ones. That is an unacceptable amount of work and simply not okay.
After finally cleaning up this mess myself, I wanted to resync everything. But apparently that is not really possible in bulk, because you first have to unsync everything first. However, I do not want to risk that, because I am afraid the app will once again create hundreds of duplicate products and leave me with another faulty synchronization.
For that reason, I already contacted support. But even though this issue is urgent, I have now been waiting for almost two days without any response at all. That is extremely disappointing and absolutely unacceptable to me.
I am demanding a prompt response and the immediate help I need with this issue. The way this is being handled right now is completely inadequate!!!

It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We have sent a reply to your latest message and issued a refund for the trouble.
We have found unusual bulk update spikes which could have delayed the syncing of product attributes.
Also if the latest issue is also related to availability (active or draft) statuses, we can take another look. It is possible we missed something specific, since some of your source store partners are not on the latest Syncio version yet.
When we mentioned that some of the problems were related to changes in the Shopify API, our intention was not to close the book on this case.
Regardless, if you decide to switch to another syncing app, we would love to do a final check to ensure the transfer is smooth and issue-free.
Given that some of the issues are related to API limits being reached it is possible this is universal information that can help with a future syncing integration.

Great work
