Simple to use, easy to integrate with partner stores, and really smooth. I run an online marketplace but we don't make our own clothes, so we needed a really simple way to integrate (I'm also not technical). Syncio was really easy and exactly what we needed.

Syncio Multi Store Sync app does exactly what I need it to. This is great for people who have multiple stores that need to sync inventory, product changes, prices, etc. Support is very responsive. Great app!

Great product. It saves so much time, and you are always confident that you don't sell anything your supplier does not have by accident. All it needs is a connection to Apple pay so you can pay your suppliers while on the move via you phone.
I used this app to sync inventory and product updates between my b2c and b2b store. It works seamlessly. It is very easy to use.
I did a lot of research into syncing between stores and Syncio has been by far the best solution for me as a destination store. The onboarding of source stores/vendors is very simple thanks to Syncio's invitation function. The team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful.
Great app, it's helping us efficiently manage our wholesale and retail store inventory. It's been pretty seamless to use thus far. The customer service team is extremely helpful and attentive. They've responded to all of our inquiries. I highly recommend.

Disgusting app! It literally deleted all the product pages from the store and even tampered with the inventory of the source store, which was not supposed to be affected. Please never use this app!

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We'd love to get in contact with you to get more information as there are a couple things about Syncio in regards to your review:
1. Syncio can delete products on the destination store, one-way is when you disconnect your source store, you get a prompt to 'disconnect and delete' products from the destination store.
2. Syncio cannot change the inventory of the source store unless it came from an order from a destination store. From our records, it would seem unlikely this happened due to your stores being test stores at the moment.
