My experience with Syncio has varied but ultimately been a very positive experience and critical to my businesses success. They are, in my opinion, the best app in their sector and once you are up and running which doesn't take very long to do, the app runs quite well. PROS: Easy to use dashboard for both the marketplace owners, and for their vendors. Constantly improving the product (and they seek feedback from their app users for improvement ideas). Responsive dashboard/API that seems to talk to Shopify quite well. Order forwarding to Vendors is spotless, this is where they specialize. Overall, GREAT. CONS: Hours of operation are a bit off from North America's so sometimes support request emails take a bit to hear back on (they are based in Australia so the time change is noticeable sometimes, especially going into the weekends. HOWEVER, I know they are actively working on fixing that and have even noticed an improvement in just the 2 months I've been with them). Sometimes buggy syncs results in a few items needing to be synced twice (again, I've noticed these issues largely drop off in the last 2 months, a testament to their constant improvement). Other than that there are no real downsides you could hold them accountable for. They add to the feature set consistently with more things in the pipeline. REVIEW: 4/5 stars - will be a full 5 once they implement a way for Marketplace owners to automatically split revenue as this is the final piece to create an all-in-one solution.

Tried a few apps that try to do what this app does. This one does it better than the others, support is responsive, and new features being released frequently.
Syncio is great. It's saved us countless hours adding products and maintaining stock levels across stores. The platform has an intuitive UI and great support, highly recommend.
We use the Syncio-app to synchronize products from two shops at one place (in one of this two shops). It works very well. With the app you also get a great support where you can get help quickly.
We have a sister brand that we used to duplicate and sync inventory to our main store. I though we need to spend hours replicating the listings to our main store, but Syncio got it done with just one click! We are super happy with how the inventory get sync, and we can also add in other new suppliers' product listing easily. This helps us to sell a much bigger range in a lot less time, highly recommended this app!
We are a marketplace business and use this app to connect to our suppliers. It helps us automate the business tremendously and the support is really amazing: super fast and ready to go the extra mile to solve even very specific-to-you problems.
Finally, I got a good support and my problem with syncing 2 products was resolved through shared screen
We are using this app for our three stores to sync inventory between each other. It basically works as it is advised. The app is really helping us a lot scaling our business up to different regions. The support team is really great. They are always there to help when you need them.
Of the apps there that sync stores, this is one of the more solid ones out there. We also had them do some custom development and they were very reasonable on pricing and timeline. Overall great!
