I am very impressed with the functionality of this app and the excellent customer service by Ron from Target Bay!

This is a great product with excellent support. They were very helpful during the setup, as we worked to customize the look and feel that we wanted. Customer service responds extremely quickly if you have any issues, and our review program has really helped to drive SEO and revenue. This is much more cost effective than some of the other, high-end review programs and the results are superb.

Our account manager, Ron, is always extremely helpful and responsive! I appreciate how hands-on he is with our account. We have been very happy with his service and look forward to continuing using this platform.
