TargetBay Product Reviews

It has been a pleasure working with TargetBay. Good for our size company. They are flexible and fast responding and were able to implement email campaigns and pop ups and reviews that we think will help with the conversion of our website. Their dashboard could use a little improvement but it is already more than functional. We are looking forward continuing working with them.

We have used Target Bay for years and it helps a lot when you can relax knowing that people who know what they are doing ensure things get done properly and on time. From reviews, SMS, newsletters, pop ups, automation, Ad Roll. It about covers it all for a Shopify store owner looking to grow without shelling out tons of money with an marketing agency or trying to do all of this yourself with Mailchip etc. The best part is our rep Danielle. She has been with us the whole way and makes everything so easy and fun! I dont leave reviews, but when I do, I prefer Target Bay :)

The on-boarding process was awesome! The step by step walk through was logical and comprehensive. I was really impressed by their preparation of the email templates, which included our logo and sample message. Thank you TargetBay!

I had some difficulty working out what to do with the app - I received incredible hand holding and would recommend the app and the highly experienced team.

We recently switched from Yotpo to TargetBay. The entire staff at TargetBay made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are generating more product and site reviews than we were with Yotpo and the reviews looks great on our website. I am very satisfied.

By now the experience with TargetBay has been great! The transition was pretty easy and the team has been really welcoming and helpful. Ron and KJ are super responsive and answer all my questions in a fast manner. Was having some issues with our previous app and TargetBay has helped us solve most of our issues.

I have been working with AK from TargetBay for a little over 9 month now & I really love how responsive AK is to my emails & questions. He also understands the needs of my small business & offers solutions. With TargetBay we where able to get more traffic to our website and therefore more sales. The review app makes super easy for my customers to leave feedback and rate my products which in return helps new customers make an informed decision. I'm overall very please with TargetBay & AK's customer service.

Well run company that actually cares about their customers. They want you to succeed. We were sent over to another company when we changed over from BigCommerce. I wish we had just stayed with this company. They have set up many automations and the return on investment is much better.

The onboarding process was easy and they took care of all the setup on my site. They gave good training on how to use the tools. I still have to get try all the features but so far so good.
