The app works great and makes it easy for customers to leave reviews. We collected a sizable number of reviews within the first couple weeks which helped us increase confidence with first-time shoppers and grow sales. The support team is amazing, very proactive suggesting improvements to our strategy to maximize the value and functionality of the app. I highly recommend it!

ALMOST 2 MONTHS WE ARE NOT RECEIVING REVIEWS. WE ASKED THE TEAM ABOUT THE ISSUE AND THEY SAID SYSTEM IS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE. AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY EMAIL US ABOUT UPGRADING THE "DMARC value" because emails were bouncing. I previously had issue but I forgave them but not this time.

Target Bay is the best! It’s onboarding process was seamless. Danielle transferred all my reviews from Mailchimp and organized them for me. She was able to implement my pop ups and reviews on both sites within a few days. I have also utilized Danielle to send out email campaigns. The pop-up, reviews and emails campaigns have all had tremendous success. We saw a huge return within the first month. Best of all, the pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Target Bay!

I needed reviews for my site, and this platform hit the nail on the head! Not only reviews, but very nice email sign-up pop-up with discount, and discount code pop-up just before abandoned cart occurs, great options and much more offered! To top it all off the customer service is top notch, Bali is amazing! Patience, friendliness, knowledge galore, and basically held my hand through the whole process. Even though the set up is simple, I'm newer and really dislike completing templates, which they have a great selection of, and creativity to however you'd like. Bali basically gave great suggestions, combined with my own and set it up for me. I was ready to begin before the end of the call. They are #1 in my book! Highly recommended!
