Excellent, especially for a free app. Easy to install and use, Customers seem to prefer it to the contact form. One thing would make it better, if it could be set up to automatically go offline when you close the dashboard.

We are happy to know that you find our offline form useful for communicating with your customers.
Your widget will go offline as long as there is NO AGENT logged in to the Dashboard on either a computer or mobile device.
If you are using the Widget Scheduler, the widget will go offline when you are not logged in and also when your widget is scheduled to go offline.
The Scheduler's purpose is to make the chat widget go offline even if the agent is logged in.
Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about forgetting to log out or manually setting your status to Offline.
Example:
Let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you can still monitor your visitors without receiving any chats. Your chat widget will stay offline and the visitor will get the offline form.
The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the chat widget is forced to go offline (though chats in progress will continue until they are completed or the visitor leaves)..

Best chat app by far, and free... does more than any other chat system we have used... has more features, more custom options, and did I mention free?
Easy to use and it helps a lot in managing visitors and engaging with them.

This new update has Widget Cards that allow you to personalize the content of your chat widget. You can now add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images and agent profiles. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat.

Looking for Chat for your website... stop looking, this is the one you want... we have tried about a half a dozen others... this one beats them all hands down on features, and support... oh and the price, zip, nada, none, free
So dont even waste you time on the other chat systems, this one has more features, no limits, more options, more configurations..
Oh My God! I can not believe this app is FREE. Not only can chat with customer but i can see their country, IP address, how many times they visit your store and what page/product they were looking. Best app ever!!!! Recommended!!!

We've only been using this app for a few days now on both our Shopify store (https;//www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com) and our CrateJoy store (http://TheSquishyBox.com) and it is truly awesome! Very easy to install and set up. Love how I can see the chats from multiple stores all in one place. I don't understand how they can offer this for free, but I'm not complaining. An absolute must!

Lovely app....keeps us going @anokherang every day....easy and simple to use and very effective...no limitations on number of simultaneous chats and that also from a free app ...would have given more stars if there was such an option available !

This is by far the best chat program on the market. I could never hear the other chat programs when i got a message this one is loud and does it several times like a phone. It has loads of other features that work very well. Great job!
