TaxJar is working on an integration with NetSuite; which we hope is up soon. They work great for Shopify compared to all the problems we had with Avalara and if you management taxes in multiple states they make the filing a breeze to auto-file.

TaxJar is truly a god-send!! No more wasting hours a day on spreadsheets entering data to calculate sales taxes owed. This is a MUST-HAVE for EVERY eCommerce site. Thank you TaxJar!!!!

TaxJar is awesome. It's a must have for e-commerce sellers. It's extremely easy to use, they have a bunch of great resources to teach you everything you need to know about your businesses taxes and their customer service is solid. Get this app!

TaxJar is a necessity for California's complicated sales taxes! This app saves us hours (if not days) of calculations and headaches! Makes paying our sales taxes easy peasy!

My experience has been just like everyone else... once they get you into a contract they don't help you as they got your money which is all they want. :(

WARNING: whenever you use the edit function on an order in shopify and you remove products (e.g. order changes prior to shipping), the removed product will be included in your revenue that tax jar uses for auto file. Reached out to their support after we discovered thousands of dollars in overpaid taxes and was told "just don't use the edit order functionality". This essentially renders the app useless for shopify. We are in process of cleaning this up - we may need to eat a huge chunk of overpaid sales tax here.

Outstanding app. We couldn't run our business without it and the customer service is exceptional. Highly, highly recommended!!

Works great for our small business. Taxes are annoying enough. Great when I don't have to think to much about them.
