I use the app for all of my products. I changed theme and I run into a few issue... sizing chart link showed 3 times on my product page. I asked for help from support team and after a few days it was solved. It was an easy issue because of my theme set up , but Christopher did the extra mile to reach out for help... so, it’s solved. Customer service is prompt, friendly and they do anything they can to solve problems. Great experience!

Great prices! However, i've had about 4 returns out of the 5 or 6 orders that I have had go thru teelaunch! Plus, I all together removed the tank tops because they run a size too small! Great setup but needs some definite work!
UPDATE: Received an very apologetic email from Chris at teelaunch. Customer service and the fact that they care about the shopify stores themselves will keep this company above the rest!

App needs a little user experience help. Some things don't come intuitively but I am sure there are ways to do it.
I worked well for years. I just updated the app and my existing order is gone. I'll have to refund the customer. Going to go with another vendor.
