Great app that has allowed me to simplify the order process for many of my products. Perfect for allowing customers to provide details for personalisation. It is simple and can be customised to work with your shop theme. Also super happy with the customer service. Excellent even though I am currently using the free version of the app.

We had an issue with one of our listings, and we were unable to solve it.
We have reached out to Tepo and their customer service was absolutely unstoppable. Not only they helped us right away, but they also kept us updated.

I would strongly recommend, especially nowadays when customer service can feel so "un-personal" and unhelpful.

Tepo is a great app on it's surface (great ability to save and apply option sets - especially highly complex ones). However, once you work with the team, you'll see how willing they are to create a great product.

They're constantly improving the app and providing updates for our store as requested, quickly and very effectively. I highly recommend Tepo for anyone with complex customization needs.
