This app is amazing, there was a slight glitch with the box not showing up at checkout but I spoke with a member of the team and they fixed it straight away.

Works great and they have very good customer service. This app has saved me a lot of time and is great for when you have a different return policy for different items.
Very easy to set up and it works without problems. I used it to display a message at checkout when customers are purchasing alcoholic drinks and need to confirm that thay are not under the age required by the law.
