Great customer support - helped me customize and work out a few tweaks. One issue with cart displaying full price vs. deposit amount, but it's a Shopify limitation and shouldn't be too impactful.

Great interface compared to other pre-order apps I considered. Recommend this choice.

I have enjoyed this app. Pre-Orders for online shops and new products is vital. This app is easy install and to use. The support that I experienced was phenomenal. Had a slight issue as all apps do and the live chat support was instant, knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with.

Timesact has a very user friendly interface so it took me very little time to get used to the layout and insert the features I'd like to use with my Shopify account. I did encounter a bug concerning the pre-order function, but I scheduled a free website test call and got the problem fixed within 20 minutes! Jolo was my support contact and he's amazing. Very helpful and friendly to talk to! I'm very satisfied with Timesact and can't wait to use more of their features :)
