Probably the best experience I have ever had with support for an app. The onboarding session was extremely helpful and it was so much easier to understand everything with being able to actually talk to the representative rather than to type in chat or emails. Great company with a great product!

This is a great app. Many settings are available with clear communications to buyers so they understand that the item they are buying is a back order, and the displayed estimated delivery date gives clarity. There is also a pop-up message when they have mixed products in the cart, e.g., in-stock and backorder products, explaining that in-stock products will be shipped immediately and backorder products when restocked. This also helps to avoid potential confusion. On top of that, you can have a backorder badge on the product so it is immediately apparent that it is a backorder. Support agent Jolo was a great help. We had an initial call to discuss app features, and then after installation, he helped me with the settings. Thank you to Jolo and the developers.
