Uses the app so that my customers can pre-order products that are not in stock. Works well, likes that you can change color and design so that it fits with brand identity. Recommend.

Really good support. When I needed the app to come through before a big launch Andrei was able to fix it right away. App has great potential and I wasn't able to find another pre order app with a discount feature and ribbon feature in one.

Nous allons l’utiliser dans un premier temps pour permettre à nos futurs clients de faire des pré-commandes en attendant l’ouverture officielle de notre site tag4pets.ch.
Cela nous permet aussi de faire du teasing sur les réseau sociaux afin que nos amis/clients viennent voir le site et pré-commandent des médailles.
Dans un deuxième temps, nous allons l’utiliser pour permettre à nos clients de commander des médailles qui ne sont plus en stock et pour lesquelles nous attendons la marchandise.
Cette application est vraiment super d’autant que dans quelques semaines, ils vont ajouter la fonctionnalité d’envoi d’emails spécifiques.
Le support technique d’Andrei est aussi excellent. A disposition par tchat/email et rapide, il a résolu en 5 minutes un petit problème que nous avions (pas lié à leur application).

We will use it initially to allow our future customers to make pre-orders while waiting for the official opening of our tag4pets.ch site.
It also allows us to tease on social networks so that our friends / customers come to see the site and pre-order medals.
Secondly, we will use it to allow our customers to order medals that are no longer in stock and for which we are waiting for the merchandise.
This app is really great as in a few weeks they will be adding the functionality to send specific emails for pre-orders.
Andrei’s technical support is also excellent. Available by tchat and email, he respond very fats fast, he solved in 5 minutes a small problem we had (not related to their application).
So I can only recommend this app to anyone:-)
