Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn't see any of my customer data from Shopify. We worked on it for a week. They couldn't ever see my customer data from any prior campaigns.
They will continuously promise that they will help you, but then they won't actually do anything.
We had a great experience with the app. If you are looking for one of the best email campaign providers in the market, definitely give this one a try.

Amazing customer support by Janhavi Singh and his tech support guy to sort the issue out. I would recommend this app to everyone. But please make sure when you start using this app it will be tiny bit difficult for beginner to start but once done then no issues. Thanks again for developing a such nice app for shopify.
