So far overall pleased with performance of app. There was an initial bug preventing my campaigns from running, but the support team fixed it in a timely manner. The app seems easy to use and I plan to use it for a long time as long as it keeps performing well!

Customer services are really bad. AI often pretends to be human to reply emails, but not helping. Staff members say different things every time. Fundamental features are lacking. No flexibility. I have chosen this to save my time but it's actually wasting a lot of time and just create frustration only. Very disappointing and I can't recommend this at all
Started using TinyAlbert a few weeks ago. We have been in business 3 years now and had yet to create a viable ad calendar. Within a day of adding TinyAlbert, we had a calendar of ads set to go out with the ability to modify or automatically regenerate any ad as needed. Great support in getting things up and running (it was actually quite simple). One strong point with TinyAlbert is that they actually check in with us frequently to see how they can assist. Kudos to Laxman who provides support and suggestions on how best to optimize ads. I will provide more input as time progresses, but thus far we are miles ahead of where we were using our more traditional email aps. Also, kudos to Vidya and to Tim who got us started with this application.
As a beginner in the world of Shopify, I found the app to be a very useful tool. Despite being small in size, it offers a powerful and responsive email campaign creation feature. The best part is that it is not too expensive, which is definitely a plus.
I think the app is a great app however there's certain things I don't like. One of the things that I don't like is the app does not allow me to create a normal weekly newsletter with educational and informative emails. Most of the emails in this app are very sellszy does it allow us to connect with our customer

Also, we are already working on the add-ons. Example- adding the capability to create custom automation flows is already in the pipeline. This will take the automation workflow to the next level.

This app is very intuitive and the customer support is unmatched! Tim was amazing in helping me get my account setup. The AI generated emails are so helpul they have a calendar with templates set up for every single holiday! What's not to love about this app! I've paid way more for apps that gave a fraction of the resources
Tiny Einstein is so amazing and wonderful for our company! Tim personally called me and set up a video chat to show me how to use everything, and it is making our email marketing so much easier and efficient! The customer service is beyond amazing; they contact you and help you so fast it's unreal. This app takes the guesswork out of marketing, which saves me hours each day. I am truly impressed and in love with this app, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy way to generate more clients.
Automated email marketing and abandoned cart setup in minutes and with the click of two buttons, what's not to love about this app. AI generated emails frees up so much time to focus on other tasks to grow my business. I had trouble never receiving my verification email to correctly use the app but they reached out and helped me fix my account right away. Love to see an app where support responds quickly.
