I think your IT team meant to put this survey at the end of the installation process instead of the end. Wouldn't want to mislead someone if I haven't installed or tried it yet. so I'm not sure yet
Still trying to figure out the app and now its making me leave a review to have access to more features. So far so good but we’ll see

We're using this app for treatment bookings and so far the app is working well. Once we'd learned our way around the app it's been working great. One feature request is that it would be great to allow customers to reschedule a booking themselves in the front end. Other than that, very impressed!
This app is only good for services that use a trainer and have a location every time. Services like graphic design for a business card etc or property photography don't work well. Definitely needs some work to improve customization abilities. Great customer service though, weekdays Only...
