TrackingMore Order Tracking

I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

Their customer service is on another level. I was primarily assisted by Ashley, but also received support from Richie. Both were extremely attentive and helpful. They resolved my issue promptly, even though it wasn’t simple or straightforward.

It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service like this from a company—it truly sets them apart. Trackingmore is already a benchmark as an app, but the support from their agents genuinely makes me want to stick with them. 10/10.

I’ve been using this tracking app for a while now, and I have to say, it’s been an excellent experience so far! The app is incredibly easy to use, and it provides real-time updates on my shipments, which is so helpful. I love how quickly I can see where my packages are and when to expect them. I was hesitant to pay the money but manually fulfilling orders has been quite time consuming, this is saving me at least 30 minutes a day so well worth it!

The tracking application is really essential for an e-commerce. The advantages of Trackingmore are for example the personalized page with the map. The possibility of communicating with other applications is also very interesting. Good job
