This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.

Their customer service is on another level. I was primarily assisted by Ashley, but also received support from Richie. Both were extremely attentive and helpful. They resolved my issue promptly, even though it wasn’t simple or straightforward.

It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service like this from a company—it truly sets them apart. Trackingmore is already a benchmark as an app, but the support from their agents genuinely makes me want to stick with them. 10/10.
