We use TrackingMore to assist with external reporting. We get an automated download of our data every month which then updates all reports so we can track our delivery performance. A task that used to take a few hours a week now takes quite literally no time at all since it is fully automated, absolutely love TrackingMore and would be lost without it. I contacted support to help with one of the automations recently and they did a fantastic job in getting it resolved for us. If you need your shipping data in a clean, meaningful format to review delivery performance then this will be instrumental to you! We dont use the full functionality of TrackingMore but I know it does so much more too Shout out to Richie in support for being so helpful!

Seamless tracking updates to customers & Support Is Lightning Fast at responding! Ashely is always kind, helpful, and patient! This is my first tracking app so for a beginner it could not be any easier to set up. The tracking page is very professional and goes hand in hand with my brand colors. Emails can be sent to customers by checking a box and keeping them updated on their delivery. Within the emails, I can showcase my top-selling products which in turn will hopefully lead to more sales. Such a great tracking app that is better than others I tested prior to TrackingMore. Don't make the mistake and choose a different tracking service. Nothing but positives from me and I am excited to see the future of TrackingMore

I have tried many of the tracking apps and this one stands out as the best based on features, notifications and price. The only thing better than the app was the support from Ashley, I had a small issue with getting tracking to sync up to my site which they have gone above and beyond to try and help. 5 Stars.

Just started using this app (we wanted to add a tracking page to our shop). Set up was a breeze & I'm looking forward to trying it out.
Integration with LaPoste lettre suivie seems to work - I'll know more in a few days.

This application meets all my needs. I had already tried another application but I didn't like it at all. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding WAOOOUH, I asked questions for more than 2 hours on the online chat and I received personalized help that helped me a lot! THANK YOU!
