Love this app! Makes my life so much easier! ESPECIALLY with my man Brown Jr behind the customer service levers. Responding quicker than a fatty reaching for his second chocolate bar. Only good things to say here!
TrackiPal has really help our business. We were having issues updating PayPal on our orders and tracking information. And PayPal started holding our funds due to us being a newer client. With TrackiPal we’ve been able to update tracking info in realtime via Shopify and upgrade our standing with PayPal.
I had an issue and chatted with them. Within minutes Nattea responded and we quickly chatted through my issue. Have been using this app since Feb 2022 and had great success with it freeing up funds from PayPal by automatically sharing the tracking information to PayPal. I highly recommend if PayPal is holding your funds until you enter tracking information for order shipments!

I am using this app to sync tracking numbers back to PayPal. So far it seems to be working well, and when I needed help, someone asnswered my questions quickly and solved my issue.

This app really helps to not put tracking numbers one by one into paypal. It really helps with time managment
I use this app to gain trust in my paypal account by uploading every tracking number to the right order. The dashboard is simple and easy to handle. I really like the back in time feature to also sync orders before installing the app. The support also is great.

I recently had a hold on funds in my Paypal account and needed to update all the tracking numbers to Paypal before funds can be released. I synched Paypal to Trackipay but the tracking numbers were not available. After reaching out to Live Support, I was so relieved they found the issue. The Shopify store I was using had been gifted to me so still had the Paypal ID of the previous owner. All I had to do was remove the old ID and enter mine. Now the app is set to synch my orders and payments - it will take a little while, between 2 to 6 hours. Simple! I can highly recommend this app and put it in place asap if you are using Paypal as a payment gateway (which is pretty much everyone!) If you have to enter the tracking numbers manually it will take a while! Support is spot on, Fast, efficient, knowledgeable; and friendly/ I highly recommend this app!
