This app is super effective! The customer support was top noch too! They respond quickly (same day or next day) and resolved my installation issues with easy.

This is easily the best customer support I've received from any app on the Shopify store.

Very fair pricing too 11/10

Now the converstion rate on my store csn finallt increase!

This app is exactly what i was looking for. I needed custom updates such as "part is being designed" "part is being fabricated" and this is the only app I could find with these.
The support team were so helpful in editing my tracking page. I wasn't font sizes changed and colors and their turn around was so quick. Thank you so much!!

Awesome experience, the app is great, Mandy and the team even improved a courier integration right away when we noticed a deficiency in one of the courier integrations.

We used this app to allow our customers to check their orders without having to leave our website. I can emphatically say this is a great app to have, it is very detailed, and you are able to track the exact whereabouts of the packages at any given moment. Additionally, they have a fantastic customer service team, they follow up at all levels, and they were able to resolve our initial issue in less than 24 hours.

Amazing app, plus there is a free plan available, which is super cool for starters. Customer support is on top - Alan was helping me with my endless issues and lots of questions for an hour or so haha!

I'll start off by saying that I think the tracking page could be better looking. It's not bad, but it isn't as polished as I'd like. Aside from that, the app is a tracking power tool that I wouldn't want to be without. We can track orders straight from the order page. Tracktor connects with the Orderly emails templates - so customers get a nice-looking shipping confirmation with the Tracktor page linked to it. All in all, this is the app to go with, if you're looking for a very solid tool for tracking. And their support is helpful too.
