Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked
- Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers.
- Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been delivered. A good way to check for follow ups and escalations with the delivery partner
- Mission control also gives a nice view of average delivery speed and where there have been exceptions

The support team has been very responsive in making sure our coding has been working properly so we can best provide info back to our customers.
After some assistance from the Tracktor team who are very quick to respond to queries, I am now able to track orders from aliexpress successfully. This will definitely put customers at ease when dealing with longer shipping times.
So far so Good. It is working for my store and I am enjoying it. It has cut down on a number of emails from customers asking where their orders are.
