The support team at Tracktor is AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the pleasure of working with CS - Abby. She helped me set up order tracking on all of my website (Shopify) customer shipping and order notification emails. She originally sent me the guide on how to do it, but since it had to do with part of the code on my theme, I was not comfortable with doing it. No hesitation, she offered to collaborate with me and took control. She completed it within 5 minutes all while I was still in the chat feature. Superb! Then I asked her why all my orders were not registering in the Tracktor dashboard. She noticed I was using a vendor that required a different mapping and offered for her team to assist. Once again it was done very quickly. Great support team, customer service skills, personable, helpful, and provides recommendations. I will never use another order-tracking APP! Thank you Abby & the entire Tracktor CS Team. YOU ROCK! :)

Great app and we like that it brings the customers back to our website to track their orders potentially leading to another sale. Also the support staff was quick to respond and add a feature from a suggestion email.

It's an absolutely amazing app with great support. Tracking by order number and not revealing where the package is being shipped from is a huge advantage. The support staff even set up the tracking links on my site within 24 hours and made it effortless (Thanks Mandy!).

My only issue is the free plan only allows you to track 5 orders a month which is really low and probably not enough to get customer feedback, but it is worth the $14.99/month imo.
