Terrible! Didn't need this app for the month of June so I uninstalled it right after I got billed for the new month and requested a refund for $100. They have denied my refund so I will be taking my 3 other stores to another developers app. Don't work with these guys they will just take your money and screw you.

Great group of folks to deal with and the app works like a charm.
It is the only app that I am using and it is the best ever especially the customer service (Logan) he helped me fix me the problem with FedEx tracking info not showing up in the app
Installed the app but needed assistants figuring everything out and Matt from customer support got back to me within minutes! Like less than 5mins, I was shocked, as I have used many apps on shopify for a couple of years and I've only have experienced such a quick response once before. On top of that Matt customised the app to fit my theme and gave a great pointer about our store in the process. I would give 5 stars 10x over. Truly impressed just by the support alone, not to mentions the great app also! Thanks Matt and ShopPad, keep up the great work!
Very good app, helps customers track their orders and eases the strain on customer service by reducing the amount of 'where is my order?' emails.
So far so good. This app works well on my shop specially since I am selling on a specific country using the local courier. This helps a lot. Thank you.
Having one of their staff install the code for a first time owner who has no experience with that field was very helpful
