SUPER easy to install and tracking page has a very clean aesthetic. Go w/ the professional level to customize your tracking page and add your logo. Definitely gives your site a professional look.

Customer service is extremely prompt. Only using the trial as of now, but couldn't be happier so far and will most likely continue with Tracktor moving forward.

I was using another app but sometimes the tracking information would be in another language or no update available for periods of time. So far I love this app and it's easy for customers and myself. The customer support has been awesome as well. Thank you so very much!!!

Nice app, but extremely frustrating customer support and upgrade experience. CS will tell you that all data during free trial would be wiped out, no proactive suggestion or advice till we chase, they just ask you to say goodbye forever to your all-gone data.

Do not really know if we should continue with this app even though we have already paid for the upgrade. No one is getting back to me and explain clearly where my data has gone. We are having some trust issue with the app.

AWESOME App!

The only thing that is missing is some analytics and data.... you can't even tell how many people tracked their orders using the app...

A really great App with awesome customer support. Really helpful and caring about their customers. This is a must-have for everyone who wants their customers to track orders on your Shopify website.

I would put 5 stars if there was a possibility to hide the shipment tracking details.
My store is in French and the tracking details cannot be translated (I assume it's because they are collected directly form the carrier). So I would prefer to hide them.
