I am very happy! The fact there's an onboarding team makes the world of difference. Everything in my store is being updated and I am really impressed with the efficiency. I just installed the Transcy app with a 14 day trial. I have had a great experience, customer service was there as soon as I installed-LIVE and assisted with all of my newbie questions. I have been searching for an app for awhile and tried a few for free and very disappointed. The translations are accurate but I will have to correct a few words-totally expected. Overall great!!! The currency was easy too. This is the perfect app for Canadians who need French for their website to comply with bill 96. (French language law includes ecommerce sites selling into Quebec, which is the 2nd most populated Provence in Canada) Mirene and Tee were awesome support techs who helped me with all of my concerns and questions. The onboarding experience was the best! I wish I knew about this app sooner!!! 40ish year old Shopify store owner-R
