So far so good.
The installation and connection to Shopify didn't go as smooth as expected, because I work with Firefox. I had to do it from a chrome browser. Now it's connected and running. I hope I don't have further browser issues.
Lorie was of great help , and helped me sort it out.

It's my first time using Trendsi and I'll be honest wasn't quite sure how it worked. I looked to chat with someone and TaDa there was someone available. I'm used to waiting hours to ask a simple question that hasn't been answered in FAQ. Lorie help me and she was nice and patient. So far so good!

I've been very happy with Trendsi so far. The only downside is that shipping isn't as fast as my customers would like since the products are coming from overseas. The quality of the clothing has been good and customer service is extremely helpful. I spoke with Gretle today and she was the best!

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!

The customer service representatives at Trendsi are always helpful and responsive to my inquiries. With Allan's assistance, I always receive the answers I need and have my issues resolved. Thank you very much!

Trendsi offers affordable prices for their products, and the quality is excellent. They are also user-friendly. The only drawback is that the products can only be shipped within the United States...
