Excellent onboarding and support experience with Trendsi. Raymart was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire Shopify integration and setup process. He guided me step by step in connecting my store, configuring the product flow, and understanding how fulfillment and Auto Checkout work.
As someone learning the platform and ecommerce automation workflows, I really appreciated the clear explanations and responsiveness. The setup process felt much less overwhelming because of the support provided. Looking forward to continuing to build and learn with the platform. Many thanks to Raymart and the Trendsi team for the great customer experience.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Any and every problem I’ve had has been resolved in a timely manner. In particular “Mia” she’s incredibly helpful and always has a great attitude. This is definitely the type of company I feel comfortable enough to do business with. Highly recommend Trendsi!

I absolutely love this love Trendsi! I worked with a customer service rep by the name of Lori, who was so incredibly helpful and supportive. She took her time with me, showed me this that I needed to know, and she went above and beyond to make sure things were up and smooth for me. She actually cares and she knows her stuff!
