The app is okay, but it's full of bugs and the UI is terrible. Modifying reports or navigating menus is a cluster. They're clearly gearing it toward larger enterprises with a bunch of users, but for a small operation it's just way overload. If we didn't have so much invested in historical data I would change.

The support of Juan has been really great and responsive. He keeps going until he figures out the issue / complaint. 5 Star Customer Support!

Really bad app. Almost impossible to reach customer service. For the AI help section you need to buy credits. The same bad UI interface has been active for years. Seems like they are not innovating at all.

Also Triple Whale just casually leaves includes VAT in your revenue (revenue should never be including VAT). I wonder how many people don't even realize this.

Outstanding - as a business we've grown from a starter package to the advanced enterprise package. Without Triple Whale, we would not have been able to accelerate our growth. The tools are A+ and the integrations have consistently worked with minimal effort to maintain. Perfect combination of low barrier to entry for starters and very high ceiling for those wanting to tweak it to their needs. Integral part of our business, not just add-on software.

Strong Sales Onboarding, Disappointing Ongoing Support

The initial onboarding experience was good and very polished. Everything sounded great, the platform seemed powerful, and expectations were set well at the beginning.

However, once I was fully in the contract and working day-to-day with my assigned success manager, the experience declined. My success manager often seems uncertain about how to use or explain the system, especially when it comes to more advanced or newer features. Many questions are met with “I’ll need to ask someone else,” and follow-ups rarely result in clear or actionable answers.

To be clear, I did understand I was entering a contract, so this isn’t about being misled on terms. My frustration is purely with the level of ongoing support after onboarding. For a platform at this price point, I expected more consistent, knowledgeable guidance beyond the sales and onboarding phase.
