We reached out to the developers about incorporating a "test email" feature, and they had it up and running within 48 hours. Great support!

The only other thing I would love to see would be the option to add a logo or header to give the emails a less generic look. But otherwise, this app works well and is easy to use

I have contacted many times and reported that emails come as spam to customers, sometimes the emails do not arrive at all. At first they said they would help. Unfortunately I don't get a response anymore. I talked to another programmer about it and he knew where the problem was. Because you have the option to enter an email with the sender, it will be recognized as spam. Even if you enter their own email it will arrive as spam.

This app is great to help us manage our open orders we haven't filled as quickly as we would like as well as tell our customers we are still working on their order to give them reassurance.

App doesn't work, I have created a notifer to ping out to all unfulfiled orders and it just isn't sending. We have hundreds of unfulfiled orders that we need to notify and this app just is not working, and support are not responding.

This is a very good app to use and very easy to set up. I faced a small issue which was actually a mistake on my part and sent an email. Within a few hours, I got a response and a google-meet was quickly arranged where I shared my screen and the troubleshooting was exceptional. The support I got was very good and so this app is highly recommended.

This app is great. Completely worth the price. We use it to auto-notify people when their orders haven't been able to be completed in a timely fashion. It's been especially useful during the COVID-19 epidemic when our shipping department is temporarily closed for a 4 week period.
