This is one of brilliant apps that really helps for custom products. I have few questions, 1.) How to manage those files uploaded to your API over AWS. I'd like to see if anything I can transfer for backup purposes. 2) The limit size you mention from the plan subscription it means the capacity size of the storage available or it is the file size acceptable during the upload?

I added this app to my store for a product which allowed customers to upload an image to my website. The app itself seems pretty easy to use and very promising. However the customers service is really good and they absolutely go beyond trying to help you solve your issues. Which in my opinion is one of the most important factors when choosing an app for your store. You have to think about if and when the shit hits the fan... who are you gonna call?

For my website I use both infinite options and uploadery. Because of my new Theme I had a little problem with preview image. I texted to customer service and they helped me for 15 min. Their customer service is amazing!!!

This app is great. Easy to use and implement yo your site. I had a little problem in validating the uploadery file field to prevent customers moving on without uploading the file, but thanks Alan and Noah, they assisted and solved the problem very quickly. Thanks for their cooperation. However the price is little bit high. Less than 10$ would be much appreciated.

Does not work with Facebook browser (including links from messenger) which is key to my business advertising & where I communicate with most of my customers, this app not working through Facebook browser is why I stopped developing my website, although I have kept it running for a year hoping that you'd add facebook browser support but nope... not even a pop up message asking customers to use their default browser has been implemented in all of this time... & since I can find no suitable affordable alternative this issue for me is literally business destroying so cheers!...

*Avoid this app if you advertise using Facebook, post links on Facebook including a link on a business page, communicate to customers VIA messenger or do similar VIA instagram...
