I absolutely love this app. I was in a time crunch and needed to develop a suite of customer emails for my store. I found this app and it took me no time to learn the tool and implement automatic emails that have been running smoothly since. Customer service was also super responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

At first I was a bit confused with all the settings but after a great help from Callum my fears disappeared and I got confidence in the App. I will start to using from today and I will get back in 14 days and make a new review of how it has worked for me.

Why the standard Shopify email notifications look so bad is a wonder but this app does help things look a lot better!

Beware. App's admin area doesn't work in the mobile environment, not even in Android Chrome Desktop View. App developer admits this fact.

This app is extremely easy to use. I really like how easy it is to customize to fit my website. The free trial is definitely a plus as well. I highly recommend this app to make your emails look more professional.

This is a great app with some really great features to ensure that every email is unique, in line with your brand and engaging! It's a must-have for your email marketing. Very frustrating. After using Spently paid versions for years, decided to go to the free version after downsizing. It would not let me use any templates in the free version and continually made me upgrade even though I did not need to.

Spently has worked pretty well for our needs. We have had quite a few problems with the auto-follow up and making it work properly. Another thing to remember is the ROI is based on all sales anyone makes after opening an email. This is not to say that Spently was necessarily the reason for the sale, so it can come off a little misleading.

Thanks for the review! We keep a tight 7-day attribution window, so if your customer engages with an email and makes another purchase within 7 days, we attribute it to ROI. This can be considered an indirect conversion.

Also, if your customer uses a discount code or referral code generated by Spently, we also attribute this to ROI, which we would consider a direct conversion.
